'The Confluence of Elements' - The design aimed to demonstrate that a small space can capture the contrasts and similarities of the elements - air, fire and water. By creating a journey around the space, colour, materials and choice of plants could alter your mood. The garden was entered in the newly created 'Chic Garden' category where some of the requirements of the brief stated that the space should be modern and controversial.
